 Delivery & Shipping

We offer two delivery methods for our customers. If you live in Bolingbrook, Crest Hill, Joliet, Lockport, Naperville, Plainfield, Romeoville or Shorewood in Illinois we will offer you free delivery of your product. If you live in Aurora, Darien, Downers Grove, Lemont, Lisle or Woodridge in Illinois you will be charged a $5.00 delivery fee. If you live in Homer Glen, Mokena, New Lenox, Orland Park and Oswego in Illinois you will be charged a $8.00 delivery fee.

If you live outside the delivery area, we offer USPS and UPS for shipping methods. At checkout your total shipping charge will be availabIe and added to your total.

Refunds on Pet Food

We offer a 45 day return policy on Azmira pet foods only. All other pet foods have a 30 day return policy.

Refunds on Treats, Litters, Toys and other products

This includes treats, litters, toys, beds, clothes, leashes and bowls.

Treats & litter may be returned used or unused. All other products must be in NEW condition.

Funds will be returned via the method of payment used to purchase the product. There will be no exceptions.
